Our Origin

More are returning to church, they are bringing growing mental health needs and looking to faith communities for spiritual guidance, emotional support, and trusted care. This increased responsibility can leave pastors and leaders vulnerable to burnout, compassion fatigue, ethical challenges, and the pressure of responding to needs beyond their training. The Job Project equips churches with biblically grounded, sustainable systems of care that strengthen leaders, protect congregants, and help churches respond to mental health needs safely and effectively.

Our Mission

Inspired by the story of Job in the Bible, our mission is clear: to equip the church to build compassionate, ethical, clinically informed and Gospel centered mental health ministries that foster healing, safety, and holistic care within their communities.

Our Vision

We envision a world where the church becomes the safest place for people to bring their whole selves, encounter the transformative power of the Gospel in their mental health journey, and rediscover that the Good News brings healing to the mind, body, soul, and spirit.
